Sr Account Manager Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager – Finance & Accounting with expertise in Industrial Relations & Labor Law, Income Tax Law, GST Law, Financial Data Analysis, and Accounting. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and labor laws. 

Handle payroll, EPF, ESIC, gratuity, and employee taxation.
Conduct financial data analysis and risk assessment.

 Lead audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance. 

Develop MIS reports and financial dashboards. 

Manage a team of finance professionals and coordinate with auditors.

 Qualifications & Skills:

 CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com/ B.com Or any Graduate with 5+ years of experience.
