Hybrid Downtown Chicago (we are not open to 100% remote candidates)
Portfolio required include password on resume if required* showcasing strong visual design process and implementation for design systems (this role is not about design systems only)
• Deep experience with Design systems - Define and design scalable visual patterns across typography, color, layout, iconography, illustration, and motion.
• Translate visual exploration into reusable, production ready assets and patterns that can be adopted by product teams.
• Partner with Research to ground visual decisions in customer insight and usability findings.
• Contribute to the evolution of the US design system, ensuring new visual patterns are documented, accessible, and ready for adoption.
