Sr. Tooling Engineer

**Your Job**As a Sr.Tooling Engineer you will be focused on lead and coordinate NPI & Transfer Molding team for the introduction of new molds and transfer to production, working along with US and China on a regular basis.
**Our Team**This role will interact with diverse areas such as: Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Management working in the South plant in Guadalajara.
**What You Will Do- Design, EOAT & Robot Engineer.
- Evaluate necessary peripheral equipment, as well as the correct assignment of presses.
- Support NPI global teams- Ensure the correct receipt of molds, documents and necessary equipment before the arrival of the molds to the plant.
- Responsible for planning the activities for the correct qualification of the molds.
- Responsible for ensuring the correct delivery of molds to production.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Strong experience in similar role with expertise in injection plastic, molding tools.
