Job Summary

A Senior Test Development Engineer is responsible for hardware and software test solution development for SiTime’s precision timing devices. From the initial product development kick-off until end of life, the ATE Test Development Engineer will be responsible for defining ATE test hardware and software and supporting the launch of new products into high volume production.
