Sr. Technical Product Manager, Robotics

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product roadmap and platform backlog (feature intake, prioritization, grooming, readiness), aligned with business goals, customer needs, technical strategy, and delivery capacity.Translate roadmap priorities into executable plans by defining quarterly objectives, developing coordinated delivery plans, and maintaining backlogs connecting long‐range strategy to day‐to‐day execution.Drive end‐to‐end execution of cross‐functional R&D initiatives by tracking commitments, managing dependencies/risks, and ensuring predictable delivery from concept through design transfer and release.Lead planning/tracking/execution cadence using Agile and program management practices (sprint planning, reviews, dependency management) to implement the roadmap.Partner with engineering, product management, clinical, and functional leaders to align scope/priorities/timelines, surface tradeoffs, and resolve blockers.Use data and metrics to inform decisions and course‐correct (delivery...
