We have an exciting Senior Technical Producer position open within the Magic: The Gathering Arena production team. In this role, you will handle a developer squad responsible for building the internal systems that keep Arena operating without issues. The ideal candidate brings years of experience working with technical teams and meeting feature and service update schedules defined by the organization and the team.
What You'll Do
Work within an Agile framework and advocate for its guidelines.

Communicate through roadmaps, reports, and documentation, outlining 2-3 year plans for upper management, and keeping your team informed of what’s next.

Own Agile ceremonies, confidently remove team obstacles, acquire necessary resources, and push back appropriately when required.
