Sr. Technical Consultant

Job Summary:
Collaborate closely with internal Project Managers, Clinical Application Specialists, Field Service Engineers, Technical Consultants, third-party vendors, and customer technical leaders to deliver medical device projects. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining databases, as well as troubleshooting IT infrastructure systems and customer-related issues.
Key responsibilities:
+ Work with Philips Solution Architects to support sales solution design and drive process progression
+ Conduct site readiness assessments and perform technical checks to support system configuration or integration solutions
+ Prepare on-site installation drawings and maintain documentation for project progress and related activities
+ Guide customers in implementing and operating Philips-provided solutions
+ Develop in-depth technical expertise and provide support for solution implementation based on system status and data analysis
