Position Overview
The Senior Team Lead will act as the crew’s point of contact, driving daily operations, coaching team members, and maintaining high standards across all production activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the production crew, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

Serve as the primary resource and point of contact for team members during the shift

Provide on-the-floor coaching, training, and mentoring to promote skill development and teamwork

Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to meet production goal

Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards consistently

Communicate clearly with management regarding crew performance, production issues, and improvement opportunities
