The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with investment leaders and stakeholders to attract, assess, and deliver high-quality talent aligned to both role requirements and firm culture.Serving as a trusted advisor, this individual will guide hiring managers and candidates through the full selection process while strengthening the firm’s employment brand across local markets and the broader investment management community. The role encompasses full lifecycle recruiting and requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships with internal clients, candidates, and external partners.
