Job Description
 : The Sr Support Engineer on the Data & Analytics Operations team, is responsible for safeguarding our client’s data, by providing superior operational support both on premise and in the Cloud.
This role requires 24x7 support on a rotational basis and is subject to Over Time.
We are looking for a candidate that is deeply curious and possesses the keenness to learn, develop and execute with excellence. 
If you have a background or education in Computer or Data Science, Engineering, Software Development or IT Application/Technical support, this role may be for you.
Technical Experience
4+ Years of experience with the following Datawarehouse & Analytics technologies is required:
Datawarehouse (DW) and Business Intelligence (BI) environments
ETL Tools: Informatica PowerCenter/Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)
Mainframe technologies; TSO, ZEKE, JCL, COBOL
