Sr Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description

Supplier Quality Engineer will report to the regional Supplier Quality Leader and is responsible for actively driving a zero defect mentality using problem solving and root cause analysis within the supply base. You will work directly with suppliers to satisfy Resideo's quality standards and strategy, and continuous improvement activities. You will interact with all levels of the Resideo Organization. As Resideo's point of contact within the supply base, you will travel within your assigned geographical area, supporting a variety of supplier oversight functions and spending part of your time at supplier facilities. You will coordinate suppliers and verify quality standards in accordance with Resideo requirements, perform supplier audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and actively participate in strategic development based on quality control plans.
