What You’ll Do

• Partner with NPD, R&D, Marketing, Quality, and cross-functional teams to translate product concepts into external manufacturing requirements.
• Identify, assess, and onboard qualified ODM/OEM manufacturers across cosmetics, food, personal care, and home care categories.
• Lead end-to-end supplier sourcing including market mapping, benchmarking, industry engagement, RFQs, technical evaluation, and supplier selection.
