Sr. Specialist, Network Control Group (Bogotá)

The role is responsible for managing the performance of aircraft arrivals and departures across the entire DHL network. It coordinates, gathers, and distributes up-to-date information regarding flight status and alternative and/or contingency plans to ensure the rapid movement of customer shipments, while managing optimal performance. The position leads and coordinates contingencies with relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Controls the movement of materials through the network, determining the most efficient and cost‑effective means available to meet company delivery requirements and schedules, and rerouting in response to irregular operations.
• Ensures the efficient and safe operation of the network, communicating with locations, distribution centers, contracted carriers, and other departments as required.
