Sr Specialist, Field Engineer (KA-350 Mission Systems)

Job Description:

This position is for a Senior Field Engineering Specialist serving as the Mission System Maintenance Advisor, reporting directly to the L3Harris Technologies Site Manager assigned to the Host Country. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert working directly with the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) end user on troubleshooting and repair of ISR Mission Systems on the KA-350ER aircraft modified by L3Harris. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of mission-modified aircraft systems and the ability to advise customer airframe technicians on specific differences applicable to KA-350 missionized aircraft. The position involves debriefing aircrews on performance of L3Harris modified mission systems, devising troubleshooting plans to define and resolve complex problems, and providing On-the-Job (OJT) training for RSAF and L3Harris assigned personnel.
