Location 4 Days Onsite (Mon-Thur)

Rocklin, CA (open to candidates who can relocation upon day 1 of project)

Pay Rate $60 an hour C2C

Duties/Day to Day Overview • Operational support

• Prioritize stories and projects

• CMDB and ITOM of discovery and service mapping

• Automation – workflow editor and designer

• Primarily Service Now but also handle Slack and MIR3

• Currently running AI help through SNOW – but there is more data that they want to start exploring

• ITMS modules, change management,

• Integration? – future yes, with JIRA, more of a roadmap item

• Maintaining for now – Use Morpheus for build automation and integration



• Responsible for turning product requirements into designs
