 :The candidate must be very strong in communication skills, both written and verbal. should be dedicated and have good attitude towards work, self-motivated and willing to take ownership for delivery. Should be able to work independently on development projects. Should be willing to work on flexible timing's covering US shift on rotation and need basis. Flexible to work on development and support 50:50. Job Expectations:
Candidate must be willing to work in a highly collaborative environment, managing multiple competing priorities and assignments independently. IBM Certification is a plus.

Candidate should have a good track record in Design and Implementation of SOA Solutions using the following technologies.
