**What you will do?
**
- Support and drive successful planning and execution of the General Motors Workplace Safety System including but not limited to administration of the Safety Contract Management program, safety observation tours, employee safety concerns, incident investigation, G-risk and G-comply processes, and compliance of all powerhouse and wastewater treatment systems to applicable GM standards and external codes.
- Responsible to implement/comply with GMS-SW principles
- Lead O&M activities at PH/WWTP equipment plant-wide.
Develop and implement standard operating and preventive maintenance processes and/or procedures to improve system reliability, maintenance efficiency; and eliminate risks.
Manage execution of this maintenance system and all required corrective maintenance activities.
