Responsibilities
- Lead service delivery functions and technical teams for planning, setup, configuration, and administration of Microsoft SharePoint solutions.
- Work closely with related teams on SharePoint projects including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancements, administration, policy development, and user training.
- Collaborate with co‑workers, customers, and vendor representatives on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SharePoint in accordance with contract SLAs.
- Act as a technical expert with strong customer interaction skills, advising on implementation and management of complex solution and service deployments.
- Maintain a hunger for learning and pursue relevant training opportunities for SharePoint.
