Sr. Salesforce Release Manager (Copado)

Overview

We are looking for a Senior, strategic and methodical professional with knowledge of Release Methodologies, specifically using Copado for CI/CD. The project is with a well regarded retail and online travel company.

Responsibilities

• Release Planning & Coordination: Senior resource that will own the story progression and release cycle. Align release schedules with business goals and coordinate across multiple teams (which brings people management challenges). Manage deployment, suggest and implement improvements and automations, manage pipelines, quality gates, org variables, find & replace rules, data deployment.
• Environment Management: Managing Dev, ST, SIT, UAT, Staging and Prod environments, ensuring consistency and readiness.
• Change Control & Governance: Enforcing approval workflows, rollback plans, and compliance standards.
