Sr. Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

Reporting to: Sr. Director, IT Billing & Revenue Systems.
Location: Canada (Remote).
Genesys is seeking a skilled and delivery-focused Salesforce Developer to support the development, configuration, and enhancement of our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) systems. This role will work across Salesforce platforms (including CPQ and core CRM) to deliver maintainable solutions that support quoting, order management, and integration with downstream billing and revenue systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across core CRM and CPQ, including custom objects, flows, Apex, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and Business Systems Analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliverables.
• Support development and maintenance of integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems such as Zuora, middleware, and other enterprise platforms.
