Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, KPIs, and other relevant metrics.
• Conduct detailed sales performance analysis and provide insights to management.
• Analyze and provide recommendations for adjustments to incentive plans based on performance data.
