The Opportunity
The Sr. Manager, Sales – Walmart (Canada) will serve as the Team Lead for one of Mattel Canada’s most strategic and high-profile retail partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is responsible for leading a high-performing Walmart account team, driving both short‑term execution and long‑term strategic growth across the business.
This leader will own the overall Walmart relationship, balancing flawless day‑to‑day execution and delivery of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments with the development of forward‑looking strategies that strengthen Mattel’s position with one of our most important retail partners. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, collaborative, and insights‑driven, with a strong ability to leverage data, shopper trends, and category analytics to identify opportunities, influence decision‑making, and deliver sustainable growth.
