Sr. Risk Project Manager

Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical capital model redevelopment initiatives within Global Risk Management at a major Canadian bank.
This role sits within a centralized PMO delivery team, responsible for end-to-end project execution across risk programs globally (Canada + International).
The PM will:
Drive delivery of capital modeling projects (similar lifecycle to IFRS9 model development)
Manage end-to-end project execution across risk, technology, finance, audit, and data teams
Oversee financials (budget, accruals, forecasting) with support from PCO
Coordinate model development → implementation → productionization lifecycle
Lead governance, reporting, and executive-level steering updates (SVP/EVP level)
Ensure delivery under strict regulatory and executive deadlines
This is a high-visibility, high-pressure role tied to projects on leadership radar.
