Risk management (Credit, Residual value and Operational risk)
- Identify credit risk, residual value risk and operational risk
- Set up risk appetite and strategy to be in line with business target
- Assess risk of retail, wholesale portfolio and residual value
- Review and analyze retail credit risk process/strategy (incl. underwriting policies) for improvement
- Review the corporate credit and analyze underwriting process for improvement
- Communicate with relevant department to represent the interest of Risk management
- Review and analyze RV risk including remarketing for improvement
- Risk cost management (PR and monthly forecast) including provision management process
- Compliance with internal and external risk related regulations including internal audit findings
