Sr. Recruiter - Physician Recruitment

As a Senior Recruiter focused on physician recruitment, you will lead strategic efforts to identify, engage, and secure top physician talent, directly influencing patient access and care across North Central Pennsylvania.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

+ Monday-Friday, dayshift schedule
+ Infrequent evening or weekend responsibilities (primarily phone-based)
+ On-site during orientation, then hybrid flexibility (1-2 days/week remote)
+ Flexible, dynamic workdays with a high degree of autonomy
+ Occasional travel to various North Central PA sites for physician visits and stakeholder meetings
