As a Senior Recruiter supporting Molex operations in Nogales, you will deliver end‑to‑end recruiting for a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will partner closely with hiring leaders and HR to attract, assess, and hire contribution‑motivated talent while maintaining a strong bar for candidate experience, process discipline, and ethical hiring practices.In this role, you will bring a clear recruiting point of view—using market insights, data, and business understanding to challenge assumptions that unnecessarily narrow talent pools and to help leaders make better, faster hiring decisions.Our TeamYou will be part of a collaborative recruiting and HR team supporting Molex operations in Nogales.
