Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a services organization in Excelsior, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across corporate and engineering roles, partnering closely with leadership to attract high-caliber talent. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, a strategic approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
