Job Title: Sr. R&D Manager
Location: Orangeburg, NY
Type: Direct Hire on site daily
Salary: $195k-$220k + 15% bonus


Responsibilities


+ Support market products by providing technical leadership and project management

+ Communicate program objectives clearly to assigned personnel and oversee planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely completion within budget

+ Manage R&D staff responsible for investigations related to complaints, CAPA, and continuous improvement efforts

+ Assist in transferring technology from R&D to manufacturing both domestically and internationally

+ Ensure documentation, testing procedures, and manufacturing practices comply with standards

+ Conduct technical meetings to report progress and resolve issues of major significance
