Sr. Quality Engineer

**What you’ll do:**

+ Implement and control the elements of a Total Quality Assurance Program through appropriate quality assurance data gathering techniques
+ Identify and eliminate the causes of poor processes, scrap and rework which result in production delays.
+ Responsible for research, recommendation and implementation of process improvements which result in lower quality costs.
+ Direct the activities of the Quality Inspectors to achieve the above-named goals.
+ Responsible for product quality management, implement quality plans, drive quality improvement projects and prepare quality report to identify problem areas and work.
+ Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
+ Provides support both for In-process and Outgoing inspection to ensure compliance of product from its design specification and control plans.
