Sr Quality Engineer

+ Perform day-to-day production line quality monitoring, lead layer audit, track improvement actions;
+ RMA analysis, response for customer complaints, lead 8D activities and summarize 8D reports;
+ Host customer audits, visit customers for face to face customer communications;
+ Develop and submit PPAP documents for new product lunches to meet customer requirements.
+ Participate in the Advanced Product Quality Planning activities to determine appropriate use of existing and new measurement systems during new tool or process design and startup.
+ Participate in the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Control Plan(CP), Maintain Control Plans throughout the life of the part.
+ Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action.
+ Lead PPM improvement plan for strategic customers.
+ Maintain customer loyalty card and customer portal
