Sr. Quality Engineer (Gears)

Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Sr.Quality Engineer (gears).
**What you'll do**:**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:A.
Monitors and improves a quality system in the manufacturing process.Supports other process engineers and supervisors on the tools and techniques of quality improvement.These will include problem solving techniques, Six Sigma, IATF *****:****, and process improvement techniques like Kaizen principles.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:A.
Develop process control plans & review data collection methods & applicability of data to operator control; assist in the development & implementation of Dynamic Control Plan (DCP)B.
Assist with the implementation of quality systems (EQMS, IATF *****:****)C.
Assist in the development of PFMEA's and PPAP'sE.
Direct & conduct process potential studies & sample layout of new or revised processesF.
Interact with & assist customers on quality related issues, report root cause & corrective actions back to custome...
