Sr. Qualitative Research Manager

Roles and Responsibility

●2-3 years’ experience in Primary qualitative research work.●Knowledge of Primary qualitative data collection, analysis, and interpretation with the ability to apply to agency work.●A degree in relevant field (appreciated)– MBA in Marketing, Postgraduate in Psychology, Humanities●Experience in moderating groups and in-depth interviews with both large and small groups and executing research.●Experience in using various technology platforms for online Qualitative research.●Experience with A-Z of research (from designing discussion guide to presenting to client) Best-fit behavioral  traits ●Practical problem-solver●Have an attention to detail.●Learning Agility: quickly learn and internalize new ways of working.
