Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System (QMS) & Audits

 ● Framework Development: Design and implement a robust QMS aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards across all plants and sites.
 ● Lead Auditing: Act as the Lead Auditor for internal quality audits, identifying process gaps and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
 ● Systemic Discipline: Transition quality management from firefighting to a predictable, process-driven system.

 2. Inspections & Material Compliance
 ● NABL Coordination: Manage end-to-end coordination with NABL-accredited laboratories for third-party testing of raw materials and finished precast products.
 ● Precast Excellence: Oversee QA/QC for the Janaadhar Integrated Precast Plant (JIPP) and client-owned facilities (JSW, MPMC), ensuring 100% compliance with design specifications.
