Senior Project Manager 

Element Consulting Inc. is looking for a Senior Project Manager with 10 years of project/construction management experience. Experience in educational facility construction, public works or large commercial projects is required.   

Duties: 
+ Manages and provides construction oversight of Construction Manager and Project Engineer. 
+ Resolves complex construction project related issues, disputes, and disagreements 
+ Develops, assigns, and monitors performance of Construction Management staff relative to assigned construction projects 
+ Reviews status and overall construction project schedule, milestone dates. 
+ Coordinates construction activities with the contractor(s) so the construction does conflict with operating school activities 
+ Reviews change orders from all construction projects and assesses their impact on the District’s budget 
+ Assists Campus Director of Projects and Program Manager’s and other Facilities ...
