Sr. Project Manager - RPO (LATAM)

The Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading projects to completion while working cross-functionally with key members of various Talent Solutions Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) departments, including Program Delivery, Implementation, Business Intelligence, Recruitment Marketing, Sales, Solutions, Technology, Back Office, and other internal COEs.

This position is a highly visible role within the North American RPO organization, and the efficacy of this employee will have a significant impact on the business objectives, other departments’ efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
