Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to support a large-scale eCommerce transformation for a global events and experiential services company. This individual will lead delivery for the modernization of the store platform (BigCommerce), focused on improving how customers purchase and manage services.This is a high-impact, in-flight program, and the ideal candidate will be someone who can quickly assess delivery health, reduce ambiguity, and drive alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams. This is not a traditional PM role - success in this position comes from strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to move initiatives forward in complex environments.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading end-to-end delivery across active eCommerce initiatives (pilot → production → scaling)
• Driving clarity on scope, dependencies, and trade-offs
• Stabilizing delivery and implementing corrective actions where needed
