​​​The Workforce Management Sr. Program Manager is responsible for defining and delivering strategic objectives and projects that span across the Forecasting, Staffing, and Scheduling verticals within WWGS Workforce Management. In addition to driving cross-program initiatives, this role will help shape and refine our store leadership structure vision across retail formats, ensuring our organizational models support long-term operational excellence. This role operates with significant ambiguity to identify, shape, and drive midterm projects and milestones that advance our overarching WWGS labor strategy.
