Sr Production Manager (Moulding)

The main challenges for this position are the management of the day-to-day operation, ensuring the teamwork and alignment with the other areas (machine maintenance, mould maintenance, change overs, materials) is done, to ensure the efficient operation and problems are solved.
**What your day will look like**:- Lead the moulding production module operations (192 machines), through the administration of a team of employees (+60) in collaboration with other operational areas.
- Make sure the Moulding Production Area, following established safety, quality, and cost parameters, and ensure compliance of the main area critical metrics- Handle a group of employees, ensuring their safety, development and building a high performing, motivated team.
- Ensure resources and competences within the team, following up their development.
- Continuously improve performance of staff, equipment and processes, contributing with Moulding local & global, and other areas.
