Strong troubleshooting knowledge in injection moulding machines
Experience on machines like Shibaura / Toshiba / Ferromatik Milacron/LNT
Ability to independently change moulds and start production as per quality standards
Rejection control and process optimization
Experience in handling hot runner moulds
Handling Liner Cap Assembly / similar IM operations
Documentation and process record maintenance
