Sr. Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead process optimization and continuous improvement for HHT assembly and sub‑assembly manufacturing . This role offers the opportunity to drive yield improvement, cost reduction, and technology‑driven manufacturing excellence while mentoring engineers and technicians.

What You'll Do

• Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes to meet FPY, Final Yield, and quality targets
• Provide hands‑on technical support for machines, processes, and production lines
• Lead process improvement, cost reduction, Kaizen, and Value Creation initiatives
• Support SPR and NMR runs , including qualification and release of new processes, equipment, and systems
• Collaborate with the NPI Team on new and redesigned products and technical studies
• Apply Six Sigma DMAIC and quality tools for investigations, ...
