Accountabilities:

+ Take a lead role in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes

+ Prepare and post journal entries

+ Review and record admittance of new investors

+ Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting requirements, as well as tax requirements

+ Coordinate with cash management group to execute cash transactions (investor subscriptions, investor distributions, invoice payment, quarterly fees)
