**The Role**

+ Senior individual contributor leading complex, sensitive, and high-risk performance accountability cases across regions
+ Acts as SME, partnering with managers, HRBPs, Legal, and regional leaders to ensure consistent and compliant outcomes
+ Drives high-quality case management across both informal and formal performance stages
+ Contributes to defining standards, improving processes and tools, and enhancing overall function effectiveness
+ Mentors and supports Specialists to strengthen capability and consistency across the team
