Position Overview
 The Senior People & Development Associate is responsible for delivering high quality HR generalist support. The role manages the full employee lifecycle, ensures compliance with local employment regulations, and provides timely, accurate HR advisory on day-to-day matters. Strong operational execution, sound judgment in handling diverse employee inquiries and effective HRIS data management are essential. The role also supports employee engagement activities and partners closely with People (HR) Partners to ensure consistent and efficient HR service delivery.  Essential Duties & Responsibilities 
Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day employee HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance, and act as a trusted partner to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance matters.
