Sr. Payroll Tax Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare/review payroll tax filings ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Own end-to-end tax lifecycle: filings, payments, reconciliation, and amendments
• Resolve complex agency notices and discrepancies with minimal supervision
• Liaise directly with federal/state/local agencies for issue resolution
• Support audit readiness and compliance reporting via internal QA reviews of cases and tasks/processes for efficiency gains
• Be part of internal QA team with deep US Payroll Tax expertise to identify process gaps and drive proactive resolutions to improve client experience

• Strong federal/multi-state tax exposure with deep regulatory knowledge and Conceptual understanding of US Payroll Tax system
