Job Description

The Senior Operator Maintenance Admin is responsible for supporting the maintenance department through efficient administrative and operational tasks. This role ensures smooth coordination of purchasing, inventory control, budget updates, and task follow-ups in alignment with departmental goals.
What awaits you?
Prepare and issue purchasing documents such as Quotations, Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Financial Confirmations (FC), and actively follow up with relevant stakeholders including Controllers and Suppliers to ensure timely processing.

Monitor and control the inventory of machine spare parts and consumable materials to maintain optimal stock levels and support maintenance operations.

Assist in updating and maintaining accurate budget data for the maintenance department to ensure financial tracking and planning.
