**Description:**
You will be the Sr. Operations Technician - Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for interpreting engine‑run and flight‑debrief data, leading maintenance crews, and maintaining fault‑tracking systems.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Sr. Operations Technician - Level 3 you will be responsible for providing technical support to flight‑line personnel, ensuring accurate data capture, and maintaining safe, efficient operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Interpret engine‑run and flight‑debrief information and enter data into the tracking/troubleshooting database.
+ Lead a maintenance crew of 10+ represented employees, coordinating daily tasks and safety compliance.
+ Research and provide blueprints and technical documentation to flight‑line technicians.
+ Identify, track, and report fault anomalies, supporting root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
