Description

We are looking for a results-driven Regional Manager to lead Sub Same Day (SSD) operations across multiple sites in the São Paulo Metro Area. This leader will own end-to-end operational performance—from inbound transfers through dispatch to last mile—ensuring we deliver on our ultra-fast promise (3‑hour delivery) while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost efficiency. The Regional Manager will be responsible for building a high‑performing team, driving continuous improvement, and scaling operations to meet growing customer demand in one of Brazil's most complex and dynamic logistics environments.
