In Final Pack we work as a team, always collaborating and helping each other to satisfy the needs of our three main customers: Planning, Shipping and Warehouse.
Our key focus: Keep or increase our efficiency while ensuring a safe environment, product high quality and pieces delivered on time in full.
The Sr Operations Manager (Final Pack) leads a team of employees, and ensures the critical metrics of the area are met, guaranteeing the production plan fulfillment.
The main challenges for this position are partner management, people development, follow‐up of the tactical implementation plan, ensure the brand protection and novelty confidentiality and participation with other plants to share standard processes.
