Role Summary
The CI Specialist supports execution of improvement programs within GBS Finance by applying structured problem-solving and Lean/Six Sigma tools. The role focuses on delivering measurable improvements at process level and supporting transformation initiatives along with CI Lead.


**Role-Level Expectations**

+ Deliver assigned improvement initiatives within defined scope and timelines
+ Apply standard CI tools and methodologies effectively in project execution
+ Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making
+ Collaborate with finance operations teams to implement improvements
+ Continuously build functional and CI capability

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform detailed process mapping and data analysis to understand current-state performance
+ Support identify root causes of inefficiencies using structured problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis
