Roles & Responsibilities

 


Plan and execute field-level farmer programme to support sustainable agriculture initiatives.
Procurement of agricultural commodities, manage price negotiations, and streamline the supply chain.
Should be involved in collection, analysis, and reporting of farm-level data to support sustainability metrics.
Should implement Good Agricultural Practices and farm certifications.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead a team of field assistants while collaborating closely with the commercial team.





Candidate requirements:

 


Graduate / Post-Graduate in Agriculture or Agri Business
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Agri-Input/Agri-Output Industry
Experience in the spices industry is preferred.
Passion for regenerative agriculture and sustainability
